快冷对中低碳钢SEW管材组织性能的影响Effect of accelerated cooling on microstructure and properties of middle-carbon and low-carbon steel SEW tubing and casing

摘要(Abstract):
针对特定的SEW管材制造工艺,研究了快速冷却工艺对不同成分中低碳钢SEW管材的显微组织、力学性能及焊缝沟腐蚀敏感性的影响。结果表明:随着冷却速度的提高,先共析铁素体得到了抑制,带状偏析得到了改善,焊缝组织得到了优化;当终冷温度为620~680℃,试验钢的屈服强度提高了55~130 MPa,抗拉强度提高了35~115 MPa,焊缝沟腐蚀敏感系数α降低为1.07~1.13。
