加热温度对机械镀锌渗层组织性能的影响Effect of heating temperature on microstructure and property of mechanical galvanized diffusion layer

摘要(Abstract):
采用机械镀工艺在钢铁基体表面制备一定厚度的纯锌镀层,在不同温度下对所制备机械镀锌层进行热扩散处理。观察扩散层的外观质量和断面结构,分析扩散层的物相组成,采用PS-268A型电化学工作站分析了试样的电化学性能。结果表明:随着扩散温度的升高,镀层表面的氧化严重,扩散层中的合金相层不断增厚,机械镀锌层逐渐变薄直至消失;475℃时,渗锌层的主要组成相为FeZn_(6.67)、FeZn_(8.87)以及FeZn_(10.98),并含有少量ZnO_2;加热温度的升高对扩散层自腐蚀电位并没有显著影响,但扩散温度过高,试样表面可能会因出现氧化现象而变得粗糙,腐蚀电流密度会因此增大。
