温变形高碳钢中超微细复相组织的特征及性能Characteristics and properties of ultrafine microduplex structure in high carbon steel after warm deformation

摘要(Abstract):
在Gleeble-3500热模拟试验机上对原始组织为层片状珠光体的高碳钢进行单向温压缩变形,得到了超微细(α+θ)复相组织。用SEM、TEM观察了微复相组织的组织特性,并对其显微硬度进行了表征。结果表明:试样心部铁素体基体发生了动态连续再结晶,而渗碳体片层则发生了球化;随着温变形后保温时间的延长(0~1000s),超细铁素体晶粒和渗碳体颗粒均发生一定程度的长大,超细铁素体晶粒由最初的0.3μm长大至0.8μm,而渗碳体颗粒则由最初的0.1μm长大至0.3μm,对应的显微硬度则从300HV降至230HV。随着应变量和应变速率的增加,其显微硬度也随之降低,微观组织的差异导致其显微硬度的不同。
