再结晶退火对3003电子铝箔组织和腐蚀形貌的影响Influence of recrystallization annealing on microstructure and surface morphology of 3003 electronic aluminum foil after corrosion

摘要(Abstract):
利用光学显微镜(OM)和数字电桥等手段研究了不同退火温度对铸轧3003电子铝箔坯料的显微组织和成品铝箔腐蚀后表面质量的影响。结果表明:0.55 mm厚3003坯料的再结晶开始温度为295℃,终了温度为320℃;在320~460℃之间退火时,再结晶晶粒尺寸随退火温度的升高而逐渐减小。经过295℃退火处理的0.55 mm厚坯料由于内部晶粒大小不一,导致冷轧后成品铝箔表面腐蚀后出现大量腐蚀条纹,而退火温度提高到320℃时,成品铝箔腐蚀后表面质量较好。
