初始组织对SCM435钢调质处理后力学性能的影响Effect of initial microstructure on mechanical properties of SCM435 steel after quenching and tempering

摘要(Abstract):
通过对SCM435热轧盘条进行"拉拔-退火-精拉"处理,得到了组织为球状珠光体的样品,对热轧态样品和退火态样品进行同样工艺调质处理后,对其进行了硬度、冲击性能、显微组织及冲击断口分析,另外,还对比了热轧态样品和退火态样品的奥氏体晶粒度。结果表明,两种初始组织状态的样品经调质处理后,均得到回火索氏体组织,相比于退火态样品,组织为贝氏体+铁素体+珠光体的热轧态样品经调质处理后出现明显的颗粒状碳化物,且具有更高的硬度和低温冲击吸收能量,冲击断口仅微观局部区域表现为解理断裂。严重不均匀的奥氏体晶粒,是退火态样品低温冲击吸收能量和硬度偏低的原因,回火索氏体中细小颗粒状和片状形态的碳化物是进一步降低低温冲击吸收能量的另一重要原因。
