脉冲电流处理对硼钢性能的影响Effects of electropulsing heating on properties of a boron steel

摘要(Abstract):
为提高硼钢热冲压过程中的加热效率,降低能耗,提出一种脉冲电流快速加热方法。采用脉冲电流对高强度硼钢板进行处理,并通过单轴拉伸,硬度测试,微观组织观察和氧化程度分析研究电流对其性能和组织的影响。与电炉加热处理相比,脉冲电流处理后硼钢试样马氏体组织更加细小,显微硬度没有明显差异,抗拉强度上升3.85%,伸长率提高37.5%,氧化现象明显减少。热-电偶分析结果表明,试样中部温度高,均温区长,端部温度较低。与传统加热方法相比,采用脉冲电流直接加热方法,可有效提高加热效率、降低能耗。
