热处理温度对爆炸喷涂Al2O3/NiCoCrAlYTa涂层组织性能的影响Effect of heat treatment temperature on Al2O3/NiCoCrAlYTa coating by detonation-gun spraying

摘要(Abstract):
采用爆炸喷涂技术在316L基体上制备Al_2O_3/NiCoCrAlYTa涂层,并在700、800、900、1000和1100℃对涂层进行热处理,分析涂层的组织结构和相组成,并对元素扩散情况进行研究。结果表明:涂层组织致密,界面结合良好,有少量孔隙存在;随着热处理温度的升高,涂层的孔隙率增大,硬度降低;涂层中带状Al_2O_3相扁平化现象更加明显,呈连续层状结构,形成了连续氧化膜;在1000℃时,涂层中出现了断续的网状结构,Al_2O_3相和Ni-Cr固溶体互相交错出现,生成尖晶石结构的Ni(Cr,A1)_2O_4,涂层内部出现了连续的扩散形孔洞,形成裂纹源;在1100℃时,部分涂层沿着裂纹源开裂并剥离失效,涂层与基体的界面上出现了连续形的内Al_2O_3膜,并出现了针片状的Al-N化合物;基体中的Fe元素扩散到涂层中,形成(α-Co,γ-Fe)固溶体。XRD分析表明,涂层发生退化并形成了TaC相。
