残留元素Sn对压力容器钢力学性能的影响Influence of residual element Sn on mechanical properties of pressure vessel steel

摘要(Abstract):
研究了Sn含量对压力容器钢显微组织的影响及其在钢基体中的存在形式,并采用维氏硬度仪、室温拉伸试验和0℃夏比冲击实验等分析了不同Sn含量对压力容器钢力学性能的影响。结果表明:钢中所含的Sn在晶粒内部和晶界处均存在偏聚现象,另有部分存在于夹杂物中;随着Sn含量的增加,钢中铁素体的平均尺寸先逐渐增大后减小,珠光体的平均尺寸先逐渐减小后增大,钢的维氏硬度、冲击韧性、伸长率和断面收缩率逐渐降低,抗拉强度和屈服强度先降低后趋于不变。
