CeO2和ZrO2添加剂对高能球磨Al2O3组织和热稳定性的影响Effect of CeO2 and ZrO2 additives on microstructure and thermal stability of high-energy ball milling Al2O3 powder

摘要(Abstract):
运用XRD、SEM等方法研究了Al2O3在高能球磨过程中的相结构转变及其耐热性能,研究了CeO2和ZrO2添加剂对Al2O3高能球磨和焙烧过程中的组织和热稳定性的影响。结果表明,随着球磨时间的延长,Al2O3粉末不断被细化,同时也发生了部分γ-Al2O3→α-Al2O3的转变;而且,经30h球磨的Al2O3在850℃下退火处理后就全部转变成α相。然而,当添加一定量的CeO2和ZrO2后,在球磨过程中γ-Al2O3→α-Al2O3的转变得到了有效的抑制,Al2O3在焙烧过程中的相变温度也提高到了1000℃以上,即CeO2和ZrO2的添加提高了γ-Al2O3的热稳定性。
