稀土(La+Yb)对T6热处理AlSi10Cu3合金摩擦磨损行为影响Effect of (La+Yb) on frictional wear behavior of T6 heat treatment AlSi10Cu3 alloy

摘要(Abstract):
采用销盘式摩擦副,在干滑动摩擦条件下研究稀土(La+Yb)对T6热处理态Al Si10Cu3合金摩擦磨损行为的影响。结果表明,稀土(La+Yb)可明显改善T6热处理态AlSi10Cu3合金的耐磨性。随稀土添加量增加,T6态合金的质量磨损率和摩擦系数均先减少后增加,而且T6态合金的摩擦系数波动稳定。当稀土添加量达0.6%时,合金耐磨性相对较好。此时,T6态合金的质量磨损率下降到0.43%,摩擦系数下降到0.26。添加不同含量稀土(La+Yb),T6热处理态Al Si10Cu3合金由氧化磨损向磨粒磨损转变。
