12Cr2Ni4A钢淬火应力的仿真计算Simulation calculation of quenching stress of 12Cr2Ni4A steel

摘要(Abstract):
国际上先进的热处理仿真软件DANTE是ABAQUS下的一个模块,论文对标DANTE软件,基于多场耦合理论建立起适用于淬火过程模拟的计算模型,并使用ABAQUS二次开发工具,自主编制出了淬火仿真计算模型。以直径30 mm的12Cr2Ni4A钢圆柱体试样为例对其进行淬火应力仿真计算。结果表明:自主编制的计算模型得到的温度场、组织场演变与DANTE软件的模拟结果基本一致,最终组织含量值误差不超过5.6%;二者计算的淬火内应力变化趋势基本相同;自主编制计算模型得到的残留应力与DANTE软件结果的平均误差小于20%,且与试验值较一致。通过对比验证,表明了本文自主编制的计算模型具有较高的准确性。
