汽车用冷轧超高强双相钢980DP动态CCT曲线的测定Determination of dynamic CCT curve of cold rolled ultra high strength dual phase steel 980DP for automobile

摘要(Abstract):
采用膨胀法和金相法绘制了超高强双相钢980DP的动态CCT曲线。结果表明:实验钢的高温变形奥氏体在不同冷速下发生铁素体、贝氏体及马氏体相变;冷速低于3℃/s时,相变组织主要为铁素体+贝氏体;冷速达到3℃/s时,变形奥氏体全部转变为贝氏体;冷速达到5℃/s时,变形奥氏体转变为贝氏体和部分马氏体;冷速超过10℃/s小于30℃/s时,奥氏体大部分转变为马氏体和少量转变为贝氏体;冷速达到30℃/s时,奥氏体发生完全马氏体相变;冷却速度在0.1~15℃/s之间,随着冷速的增加实验钢的显微硬度逐渐增大;冷却速度超过15℃/s后,显微硬度趋于稳定。
