Cr5锻钢支承辊最终热处理过程数值模拟Numerical simulation on final heat treatment process of Cr5 forged backup roll steel

摘要(Abstract):
采用有限元数值模拟技术,建立了Cr5锻钢支承辊在最终热处理过程中的三维传热温度场、组织相变场和应力应变场相互耦合的数学模型,给出了Cr5锻钢支承辊在其最终热处理过程中的温度、组织和应力的分布与演化过程,分析了换热系数和回火保温温度等工艺参数对支承辊内部温度、组织和应力的影响。结果表明,在喷雾淬火过程中支承辊产生裂纹或开裂的可能性较小,但喷雾淬火结束后支承辊表层和心部温差较大,应进行回火处理;支承辊进入回火炉初期,其心部应力状态迅速由压应力转变为拉应力并急剧增大到峰值,心部的轴向拉应力可接近其对应节点温度下的抗拉强度,容易产生横向裂纹或开裂;提高回火保温温度能够有效降低心部拉应力,从而降低其发生淬火裂纹或开裂的几率。
