摘要(Abstract):
采用阴极微弧碳氮共渗表面处理方法,在尿素+氯化钾水溶液体系下,研究了45钢表面碳氮共渗过程的放电特性。分析了处理后表面渗层的物相组成和显微组织形貌。结果表明,随电流增加,45钢的阴极微弧碳氮共渗过程可分成4个阶段,不同阶段对应不同的物理化学过程。其中,在辉光放电阶段产生的活性C、N粒子用于碳氮共渗。经微弧碳氮共渗处理后,碳氮共渗层表面呈多孔形貌,增大电源频率会增加粗糙度,提高占空比可使试样表面更平整。C元素和少量N元素渗入工件表面;共渗层主要由马氏体和少量铁碳化合物、铁氮化合物组成。
