冷轧压下率对390 MPa级IF钢组织和性能的影响Effects of cold rolling reduction ratio on microstructure and texture of 390 MPa IF steel

摘要(Abstract):
通过观察显微组织、力学性能测试和利用三维取向分析术(ODF),研究了冷轧压下率对显微组织、力学性能、织构的影响。结果表明,随着冷轧压下率的升高,形变储能增加,退火后铁素体晶粒细小均匀,强度有所增加。变形织构{112}<110>变弱,说明提高冷轧压下率可以消除变形织构,有利织构{111}<110>增强,{001}<110>变弱,共同提高rm值。当冷轧压下率为80%时,伸长率和rm达到峰值,同时Δr较小,冲压性能最优。
