层状陶瓷Ti3AlC2的制备与腐蚀行为Preparation and corrosion behavior of layered Ti3AlC2 ceramics

摘要(Abstract):
采用真空热压烧结技术工艺,以Ti、Al、石墨为原料,获得3种不同烧结温度下的Ti_3AlC_2陶瓷样品。利用了XRD、SEM分别测试了样品的相组成、腐蚀前后的表面形貌,利用电化学系统测试了样品的极化曲线。结果表明:在3种不同烧结温度下,主要生成物相都是Ti_3AlC_2相,晶粒表面呈棒状结构;1400℃烧结温度下获得的Ti_3AlC_2陶瓷样品,在3.5 mass%NaCl溶液中的维钝电流密度最小,耐腐蚀性能最优异。
