退火温度对C19400合金组织性能和残余应力的影响Effect of annealing temperature on microstructure,properties and residual stress of C19400 alloy

摘要(Abstract):
采用透射电镜(TEM)、电子背散射衍射(EBSD)技术和拉伸试验等研究了退火温度对冷轧态C19400合金组织性能与残余应力的影响。结果表明:随退火温度的升高,合金的导电率变化不大,强度和硬度先升高后降低;冷轧态合金的强度和硬度分别为424.4 MPa和132.0 HV0.1;250℃退火后,合金的强度和硬度分别为433.85 MPa和141.92 HV0.1;450℃退火后,强度和硬度分别为420.6 MPa和139.7 HV0.1;合金的残余应力随退火温度的升高呈下降趋势,450℃退火后合金的横向和轧向残余应力分别由冷轧态的-36和-66 MPa降低到-13和-29 MPa,位错的湮灭及织构类型的转变是残余应力消减的关键。退火过程中,C19400合金发生由退火硬化向退火软化的转变。
