Cu合金过渡层对激光熔化沉积Ni35/AlSi12双性能材料的影响The influence of Cu alloy buffer layer on laser melting deposition Ni / Al based double performance materials

摘要(Abstract):
由于Ni基合金与Al Si12粉末的冶金反应较为显著,使得激光熔化沉积制备Ni35/Al Si12双性能材料时易生成高脆性Ni Al金属间化合物而具有较高开裂倾向。熔覆Cu合金做为过渡层,制备出无裂纹、冶金质量较好的Ni35/Cu/Al Si12双性能样品,使用SEM、EDS和XRD对Ni35/Cu/Al Si12样品各涂层进行微观组织、物相分析,采用HV1000型显微硬度计对其进行硬度测试,使用ANSYS对Ni35/Cu/Al Si12材料进行稳态热模拟分析。结果表明:Cu合金过渡层可抑制Ni、Al金属间化合物形成,能够在一定程度上降低涂层开裂倾向;熔覆材料截面的硬度分布从底部到表面呈阶梯变化,具有良好的力学性能;Ni35/Cu/Al Si12双性能材料较单一Ni基合金具有更加优异的传热特性。
