退火对快淬法制备的LaNi4.25Al0.75合金组织和储氢性能的影响Effects of annealing treatment on structure and hydrogen storage properties of melt-spun LaNi4.25 Al0.75 alloy

摘要(Abstract):
采用熔体旋淬法制备了LaNi4.25Al0.75合金,用XRD、SEM及吸氢PCT曲线(压力-组成等温线)和动力学测试等方法,研究了退火处理对合金结构和储氢性能的影响。XRD测试结果表明,退火后,合金保持CaCu5结构,但晶粒变大。PCT和动力学测试结果表明,经过退火处理的合金与快淬态相比,吸氢量增加,吸氢平台变宽,吸氢速度变快。
