7050合金电流场时效析出行为Aging precipitation behavior of 7050 alloy under applied current

摘要(Abstract):
采用维氏硬度仪、电导率测试和差热分析(DSC)、透射电镜(TEM)等方法研究了在固溶和/或时效过程中施加直流电和交流电对7050合金时效析出行为的影响。结果表明:固溶和/或时效过程中施加电流会提高7050合金的硬度、降低电导率、提高热焓值、降低激活能。120℃常规时效24 h后合金达到峰值强度,而施加直流电或交流电后均在时效6 h后达到峰值强度。固溶过程中施加电流的强化效果优于时效过程,固溶和时效过程均施加电流且施加直流电强化效果最好。
