压力对烧结钕铁硼磁体NdCu晶界扩散的影响Effects of pressure on NdCu grain boundary diffusion of Nd-Fe-B sintered magnets

摘要(Abstract):
用Nd70Cu30共晶合金对N38商用磁体进行无压力和有压力晶界扩散。结果表明,经过普通的无压力晶界扩散后,磁体的矫顽力比相同热处理条件下未扩散磁体的矫顽力提高14.4%,而施加压力进行扩散则提高30.9%。微观组织及成分分析显示扩散处理后的磁体中的断续或连续的富钕晶界相增多,而压力扩散样品效果更明显。施加压力后,液态的富钕晶界相以微裂纹为扩散通道,使扩散介质更加均匀地分布于磁体当中,对晶界的改善更为明显,因此可以更有效地提高钕铁硼磁体的矫顽力。
