摘要(Abstract):
为研究砷及铜砷共存对钢热塑性的影响,利用Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机研究了700~1100℃温度范围内含0.16%As和含0.17%Cu+0.075%As的C-Mn钢的高温塑性行为。结果表明:钢中的Cu、As引起C-Mn钢第Ⅲ脆性区向较高温度区间迁移,然而对高温抗拉强度影响不大。奥氏体+铁素体两相区薄膜状先共析铁素体沿奥氏体晶界析出导致沿晶断裂,但700℃时,由于As促进铁素体的生成,含0.16%As的C-Mn钢为韧性断裂,塑性恢复。奥氏体单相区低温域Cu、As的晶界偏聚导致含Cu、As的C-Mn钢沿晶断裂。
