铸态Al-Si合金等离子体电解氧化过程放电特征研究Characteristics of plasma electrolytic oxidation on cast aluminum-silicon alloy

摘要(Abstract):
采用等离子体电解氧化技术(Plasma Electrolysis Oxidation,PEO)在铸造铝硅合金表面制备了陶瓷层,电解液为磷酸盐系列。利用PEO自动采集控制系统对工作电流、电压进行实时采集,利用表面轮廓仪、SEM对陶瓷层的粗糙度和表面形貌进行了研究。结果表明:PEO过程中存在四个典型阶段性特征。所制备陶瓷层存在孔洞和微裂纹,尺寸随处理时间延长而增大。瞬态伏安特性研究表明,PEO存在阳极氧化和击穿放电两个重要特征,陶瓷的生长主要在击穿放电阶段,其陶瓷化过程为击穿放电、高温烧结、微弧熄灭、氧化物冷凝。
