反应氮弧熔覆TiCN/Fe涂层工艺优化及耐磨性Process optimization and abrasion resistance of TiCN/Fe coatings by reaction nitrogen arc cladding

摘要(Abstract):
应用反应氮弧熔覆技术,以Ti粉、石墨粉作为Ti源和C源,以N2兼作保护气和反应气体,在Q235钢基体表面制备了耐磨性能优异的TiCN/Fe金属陶瓷复合涂层。采用5因素4水平正交实验法,研究了熔覆电流、钨极直径、氮气流量、熔覆速度和预涂厚度对涂层耐磨性的影响规律,优化了工艺参数。结果表明:熔覆电流、氮气流量和熔覆速度对涂层耐磨性的影响高度显著,预涂厚度对涂层耐磨性的影响一般,而钨极直径基本不影响涂层的耐磨性。优化的最佳工艺为:熔覆电流200 A,钨极直径1.6 mm,氮气流量12 L·min-1,熔覆速度2 mm·s-1,预涂厚度1.5 mm。
