海洋大气环境下ER8高速车轮材料的初期腐蚀行为Initial corrosion behavior of ER8 high-speed wheel material in marine atmospheric environment

摘要(Abstract):
为了解高速车轮材料在服役中的大气腐蚀机理,采用中性盐雾试验模拟海洋大气环境研究了ER8车轮的初期腐蚀行为,采用便携式显微镜,扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和电化学测试等表征了中性盐雾试验后ER8车轮的腐蚀产物形貌、腐蚀速率及电化学行为。结果表明:ER8车轮试样在24~48 h腐蚀前期以均匀腐蚀为主,48 h后的腐蚀中后期以点蚀为主。通过质量损失测试可知随着腐蚀时间的增加,ER8车轮的平均腐蚀速率呈持续增加的趋势,但在144 h后趋于稳定。试样表面腐蚀产物以γ-FeOOH、α-FeOOH和Fe_3O_4为主,144 h前腐蚀产物对基体不具备保护作用,而144 h后腐蚀产物层结构逐渐稳定保护作用得到提升。电化学阻抗谱(EIS)与极化曲线(Tafel)的测量结果表明ER8车轮在中性盐雾环境下耐腐蚀性能呈先减小后增加的趋势,与上述结果有较好的一致性。
