Ti2041合金热变形行为及工艺参数优化Hot deformation behavior and process parameter optimization of Ti2041 alloy

摘要(Abstract):
采用Gleeble-3800热模拟机进行等温恒应变速率压缩试验,研究了Ti2041合金的在650~900℃和0.001~1 s~(-1)条件下的热变形行为。基于实验数据,建立了Z参数Arrhenius本构模型,计算了变形激活能。结果表明:该合金对变形温度和应变速率敏感,流动应力值的大小会随着温度的升高而降低,随着应变速率的增大而增大。根据极性交互模型原理和动态材料模型原理,分别建立了PRM和Prasad加工图。利用光学显微镜观察不同变形条件下合金的组织,并将加工图的预测和组织相结合,得出Prasad加工图与变形后的组织更相符。所以,采用Prasad加工图来优化该合金的热加工工艺参数。得出最佳参数范围为:变形温度760~825℃,应变速率0.001~0.0032 s~(-1)和变形温度825~900℃,应变速率0.0056~0.056 s~(-1);失稳区的变形机制为局部流动和机械失稳,稳定区的变形机制为动态再结晶。
