淬火温度对30CrMo减震簧钢精细组织的影响Effect of quenching temperature on fine structure of 30CrMo damping spring steel

摘要(Abstract):
研究了不同淬火温度对冷轧变形后的30CrMo减震簧钢的精细组织的影响。研究表明:随淬火温度增加,试验钢中残留奥氏体量增加,且形态由薄膜状向块状转变;碳化物数量增加,形态由短棒状和球状向椭球状转变。试验钢经900℃×10 min油冷+600℃×60 min空冷后获得回火索氏体+弥散分布的细小碳化物+薄膜状残留奥氏体。薄膜状的残留奥氏体均匀分布在铁素体晶内或F/MC相界面,将铁素体基体分割形成了超细化的亚结构甚至超亚单元。这种结构具有良好的形变协调能力,并能有效松弛微观应力集中。大量椭球状的碳化物沿亚单元和超亚单元的界面处析出,弥散分布,使之具有良好的细晶韧化和析出强化效果。
