ODS钢晶界偏析的三维原子探针分析Analysis of grain boundary segregation in ODS steel by APT

摘要(Abstract):
利用三维原子探针技术,研究了纳米氧化物弥散强化铁素体钢14YWT的晶界偏析。结果表明:Cr、W、Y、Ti、O和C元素在晶界处富集;Y、Ti、O在晶界处存在于氧化物粒子中,是纳米粒子的主要组成元素;Cr在纳米氧化物粒子周围富集,形成壳状结构;氧化物粒子对W在晶界处的分布无明显影响。
