渗碳工艺参数对常见渗碳钢晶粒粗化行为的影响Effect of carburizing process parameters on austenitic grain coarsening behavior of common carburizing steel

摘要(Abstract):
基于真空低压渗碳炉,分析了不同渗碳工艺参数对常见渗碳钢晶粒粗化行为的影响规律,并对实验结果数据进行了处理和线性拟合。结果表明:20钢渗碳温度920℃较为适宜,20Cr钢较适宜的渗碳温度为950℃,20CrMnTi钢在980℃下保温较长时间奥氏体晶粒仍可以保持细小,可以选择较高温度渗碳;20钢、20Cr钢和20CrMnTi钢的奥氏体晶粒长大规律符合Beck关系式;奥氏体晶粒随加热温度的升高呈指数形式长大,温度越高,晶粒生长指数越大。在一定含碳量范围内,随着奥氏体中含碳量的增加,晶粒长大倾向增加;当含碳量超过一定限度后,奥氏体晶粒长大倾向减小;在不同碳浓度下,碳含量对奥氏体晶粒尺寸的影响方式不同。
