7B04铝合金厚板热轧态和单级峰时效态组织分析Microstructure of 7B04 aluminum alloy thick plates in hot-rolled and peak-aged condition

摘要(Abstract):
采用电子背散射衍射(EBSD)对7B04-T351态铝合金预拉伸厚板的织构和再结晶进行了研究,采用透射电镜(TEM)对7B04预拉伸厚板单级峰时效态(T6)的沉淀析出相进行了研究,分析了7B04铝合金预拉伸厚板组织的不均匀性。EBSD分析结果表明,7B04-T351态合金中心区域保持了较好的轧制织构,以β取向线上的铜型织构、S织构和黄铜织构为主。合金的表层区域,R织构和立方织构的体积分数提高,而铜型织构、S织构和黄铜织构的体积分数下降。7B04-T351态合金的再结晶程度从板材边缘逐渐向中心减弱。TEM的分析结果表明T6态合金表层区域的基体析出相密度相比中心区域较大,中心区域存在相对较多的尺寸大于10 nm的沉淀析出相。
