X100高强度管线钢的组织与力学性能Microstructure and mechanical property of X100 high strength pipeline steel

摘要(Abstract):
用扫描电镜(SEM)和拉伸试验研究了控冷工艺对X100管线钢力学性能和显微组织的影响,用透射电镜对X100高钢级管线钢的微观结构、析出物的形态和分布等进行研究。结果表明:卷取温度和冷却速度显著影响X100管线钢的组织和力学性能。随着卷取温度的降低和轧后冷却速率的升高,试样的强度提高,伸长率下降。以粒状贝氏体GB(Granular Bainite)为主的基体加上少量贝氏体铁素体BF(Bainite Ferrite)及弥散分布的细小M/A构成的组织具有较好的强度和韧性匹配。
