DZ2高速列车车轴钢的热变形行为及热加工图Hot deformation behavior and hot processing map of high speed axle steel DZ2

摘要(Abstract):
采用Gleeble-3800型热模拟机研究了DZ2高速车轴钢在应变速率0.01~10 s~(-1)、温度900~1150℃时的热压缩变形行为,分析了热压缩变形时该钢的流变应力、变形温度及应变速率之间的关系,通过线性回归确定了其流变应力本构方程,建立了其在不同应变下的热加工图。结果表明:DZ2车轴钢在高温热压缩时流变应力随变形温度的减小而增大,随应变速率的升高而增大。当应变速率等于0.01 s~(-1)时,DZ2车轴钢的流变应力曲线表现为动态再结晶特征。DZ2车轴钢的热变形激活能为356.64 kJ·mol~(-1)。在低温高应变速率区(温度为950~1020℃,应变速率为1~5 s~(-1))以及高温低应变速率区(温度为1050~1150℃,应变速率为<1 s~(-1))这2个区域为变形安全区,适合DZ2高速车轴钢进行热加工。
