纳米Al2O3/TiO2团聚粉体烧结中的晶粒生长行为Grain growth behavior of nanostructured Al2O3/TiO2 agglomerated powder during sintering

摘要(Abstract):
选用商用纳米Al2O3与TiO2粉末,经混合制浆并通过喷雾造粒技术将其重构成大颗粒纳米Al2O3-13%TiO2团聚粉体,采用不同加热温度进行烧结,制备了用于热喷涂的纳米喂料。通过XRD、SEM检测和松装密度测定,研究其相结构、显微结构和纳米晶粒变化,由此分析了纳米团聚粉体烧结过程中纳米晶粒生长和致密化行为,并建立了晶粒生长模型。结果表明,适用于热喷涂的纳米团聚粉体的烧结温度应控制在1100℃以下。
