退火和固溶处理对SiCp/7055Al复合材料组织及性能的影响Effects of annealing and solid solution treatment on microstructure and properties of SiCp/7055Al composites

摘要(Abstract):
利用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱微区分析(EDS)、X射线衍射(XRD)和INSTRON万能试验机等研究了退火和固溶处理对喷射沉积法制备的SiC_p/7055铝基复合材料组织和性能的影响。结果表明:复合材料基体中存在第二相Al_2Cu,退火和固溶处理时复合材料基体均发生静态再结晶,产生了再结晶组织;300℃退火20 h后能显著提高复合材料的伸长率,从铸态的5.8%提高到10.2%,提高了76%,但抗拉强度和屈服强度从铸态329 MPa和171 MPa降低到293.37 MPa和140 MPa,材料塑性的提高主要是产生了再结晶组织;500℃固溶1 h后复合材料的屈服强度提高到276 MPa,提高了61%,抗拉强度提高到435 MPa,提高了32%,伸长率略有下降;热处理后复合材料性能的优化主要是由于基体中Al_2Cu第二相溶解产生的固溶强化效果以及部分未溶Al_2Cu相弥散分布引起的弥散强化效果。
