淬火温度及变形条件对钛合金激光焊接接头超塑性均匀变形的影响Effect of quenching temperature and deformation conditions on superplastic uniform deformation of laser welded joint of titanium alloy

摘要(Abstract):
通过高温拉伸试验研究了不同淬火温度及变形条件下TC4钛合金激光焊接接头的显微组织和超塑性变形均匀性,并引入焊缝与母材截面收缩率的比值(K)来表征接头的超塑性变形均匀性。结果表明:当变形条件相同时,随淬火温度升高,接头超塑性变形后,焊缝中的针状马氏体转变为片层状组织,母材从原始的α和β双相组织转变为单一的β相组织;淬火处理能够提高接头的超塑性变形均匀性,增加接头中的β相含量,随着淬火温度的升高接头的超塑性变形均匀性上升;淬火温度保持不变时,接头的超塑性变形均匀性随着变形温度的上升而增加,随着变形速率的上升而减少;当淬火温度为1000℃,变形温度为940℃及变形速率为10~(-4)s~(-1)时,接头的变形均匀性达到最大(K=0.9269)。
