微量Ce对7150铝合金显微组织和性能的影响Effects of trace Ce element on microstructure and properties of 7150 aluminum alloy

摘要(Abstract):
在7150铝合金中添加质量分数为0.1%的Ce元素,测试其在添加Ce前后的硬度和室温力学性能,并利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、透射电镜观察合金的微观组织,分析微量Ce的添加对7150合金显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:添加0.1%Ce,对合金晶粒细化效果显著,铸态平均晶粒尺寸由100μm降为10μm;添加Ce元素可以阻碍固溶过程中的再结晶,形成亚结构强化,强化了晶界,并且在时效处理后,强化相以棒状亚稳η'相为主,提高了7150铝合金的强度与塑性。
