半固态ZCuSn10P1铜合金压缩行为及组织演变Compression behavior and microstructure evolution of semi-solid ZCuSn10P1 copper alloy

摘要(Abstract):
采用"冷轧-部分重熔"技术制备半固态ZCuSn10P1铜合金浆料,利用Gleeble-3500型热/力学模拟试验机对半固态ZCuSn10P1铜合金进行单向压缩试验,研究半固态ZCuSn10P1铜合金压缩变形时液固两相协同变形行为和组织演变规律。结果表明:半固态ZCuSn10P1铜合金单向压缩变形后,近球状固相晶粒会变为纤维状或胞状晶。半固态ZCuSn10P1铜合金在应变速率为1 s~(-1)条件下从350℃到880℃等温压缩后显微组织发生变形,其主要变形机制为:固相粒子的塑性变形机制(PDS)、固相粒子之间的滑移机制(SS)、液固相混合流动机制(FLS)和液相流动机制(LF)。半固态ZCuSn10P1铜合金在压缩过程中,应变速率越大,所承受的变形抗力越大,试样被破坏程度越大,当压缩变形温度较高时,半固态ZCuSn10P1铜合金发生沿晶断裂。
