晶粒取向对镍基超合金Inconel690离子渗氮速率的影响Effect of Grain Orientation on the Nitriding Rate of a Nickel-based Superalloy Inconel 690

摘要(Abstract):
对镍基超合金Inconel6 90进行了离子渗氮处理。利用扫描电镜 (SEM)、X射线衍射 (XRD)及电子背散射衍射 (EBSD)等手段对渗氮层进行了表征。结果表明 :Inconel 6 90经低温离子渗氮处理生成氮在奥氏体中的过饱和固溶相 (γN 相 ) ;取向不同的晶粒γN 层厚度不同 ;γN 层生长速度在θ<1 0 0 >(<10 0>晶向和渗层生长方向的最小夹角 )值较小的晶粒内比在θ<1 0 0 >值较大的晶粒内快 ,并且γN 层厚度与θ<1 0 0 >大致呈线性关系。
