Ce微合金化在镁合金中的研究现状与展望Research status and prospects of Ce microalloying in magnesium alloys

摘要(Abstract):
Ce微合金化是开发低成本、高性能镁合金的一种有效途径,对我国镁资源的循环利用和可持续发展具有重要的意义。本文综述了近五年来Ce微合金化在镁合金中的研究进展,分别讨论了Ce微合金化对Mg-Al、Mg-Zn、Mg-Gd、Mg-Y系列合金的微观组织、时效析出行为、织构演变以及力学性能的影响。为建立含Ce镁合金中成分与力学性能间的关系提供了数据支持。此外,还详细阐述了Ce的添加对提高镁合金耐蚀性的强化机理。最后指出了Ce微合金化在镁合金应用中目前面临的一些问题和思考,提出了进一步深入研究的几个方面,以期拓宽轻量化稀土镁合金的应用范围。
