均匀化热处理对ZC62镁合金显微组织和力学性能的影响Effects of homogenization treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of ZC62 magnesium alloy

摘要(Abstract):
利用差热分析仪、光学显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱仪、X射线衍射仪、显微硬度计和力学万能试验机研究了ZC62铸造镁合金的铸态与不同均匀化热处理下的显微组织和力学性能的变化。结果表明:ZC62合金铸态组织的成分偏析严重,合金元素Mg、Zn和Cu在晶界处富集,区域偏析严重;经过均匀化热处理后合金组织中的非平衡相大部分溶进基体α-Mg中,各组元分布趋于均匀;ZC62铸造镁合金最佳的均匀化工艺为450℃+12 h,可获得232 MPa的抗拉强度,伸长率达约13.84%。
