淬火温度对铸造Fe-B-Al合金组织和硬度的影响Effects of quenching temperature on microstructure and hardness of Fe-B-Al alloy

摘要(Abstract):
利用光学显微镜,扫描电镜,电子探针显微分析仪,X衍射分析和硬度测试等手段,研究了淬火温度对铸造Fe-B-Al合金显微组织及硬度的影响。结果表明,铸造Fe-B-Al合金的凝固组织主要由铁素体、珠光体和枝晶间连续分布的网状Fe2B组成。经过900~1100℃淬火后,共晶硼化物出现断网,随淬火温度提高断网现象愈加明显,在1100℃淬火时基体转变为马氏体,网状硼化物基本断裂,并成孤立分布;在900~1050℃淬火时,硬度在37~39 HRC波动但变化不大;在1100℃淬火时,硬度出现突变,达到54.1 HRC。
