Sol-gel热压法制备Al2O3-Y2O3复合陶瓷涂层及其抗高温氧化性能

摘要(Abstract):
探索了一种采用sol-gel热压法一次性制备厚陶瓷涂层的新技术。在样品表面涂覆sol-gel与纳米、微米氧化物粉组成的混合料浆层,在加压加热条件下使其固化,然后在高温下烧结,可以在试样表面获得一层连续的、厚的Al2O3-Y2O3陶瓷涂层。扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)结果分析表明,该陶瓷涂层与基体结合紧密,厚度大于10μm。900℃氧化的实验结果表明,用此方法制备的陶瓷涂层具有优异的抗高温氧化性能。
