非标准热处理状态P92钢焊接接头的组织和力学性能Microstructure and mechanical property of P92 steel welded joints after non-standard heat treatment

摘要(Abstract):
研究了740℃热处理P92钢焊接接头时效处理前后的组织及力学性能。结果表明,P92钢焊接接头740℃焊后热处理部分组织发生回复,有少量沉淀相析出;650℃时效处理后焊缝组织以等轴亚晶为主,析出的M23C6相有所长大,同时有不规则形状的Laves相析出。650℃时效处理降低了焊接接头的硬度和冲击功,冲击韧性有所降低,断口形貌为准解离;焊接接头室温拉伸性能随时效时间延长而降低,其高温拉伸性能有所改善;740℃热处理P92钢焊接接头稳态蠕变速率随应力的提高显著增加,160 MPa条件下稳态蠕变速率是991.5×10-5%/h。
