GCr15球化珠光体组织在热处理过程中碳化物的遗传性Carbide inheritance of pearlite spheroidization during heat treatment process in GCr15 steel

摘要(Abstract):
通过热处理实验,结合定量金相分析,对轴承钢GCr15球化珠光体组织在淬火+回火过程中的碳化物遗传性进行了研究。结果表明:经过淬火+回火处理后,碳化物的平均直径和直径分布均方差均减小,尺寸均匀性得到提高;球化组织和回火组织中的碳化物体积分数、碳化物尺寸和尺寸均匀性变化趋势相同,定量揭示了热处理过程中碳化物的遗传性。
