Mg-8Li-x(Al-Si)双相合金的显微组织及力学性能Microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg-8Li-x(Al-Si) dual phase alloy

摘要(Abstract):
通过熔炼、热轧、热处理实验,利用光学显微镜(OM)、万能材料试验机等测试了Mg-8Li、Mg-8Li-2,3,4,5,6(Al-Si)合金的微观组织和力学性能。结果表明,Mg-8Li-4(Al-Si)和Mg-8Li-5(Al-Si)的综合力学性能都优于Mg-8Li-3(Al-Si);随Al-Si共晶添加量超过6%,合金的抗拉强度继续升高,但伸长率快速下降。
