时效处理对7A41铝合金力学性能和耐晶间腐蚀性能的影响Effect of aging treatment on mechanical properties and intergranular corrosion resistance of 7A41 aluminum alloy

摘要(Abstract):
采用光学显微镜、维氏硬度计、电子万能试验机和晶间腐蚀试验等研究了不同工艺时效处理对7A41铝合金力学性能和耐晶间腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:经120℃×24 h+180℃×20 min+120℃×24 h的回归再时效(RRA)处理后,7A41铝合金中析出了细小、弥散的GP区以及η′相,其抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率分别为457.2 MPa、433.0 MPa和11.0%;与自然时效、峰值时效和双级时效相比,经RRA处理后7A41铝合金的综合力学性能较好,耐晶间腐蚀性能最优。
