摘要(Abstract):
采用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、浸泡测试、拉伸试验以及硬度测试研究Sr含量对铸态Mg-1Zn-0.3Zr-2Gd-xSr(x=0,0.1,0.3,0.5,0.7,1,mass%)合金微观组织、腐蚀性能及力学性能的影响。结果表明:添加Sr后,合金析出两种新相Mg17Sr2和SrZn5;当Sr含量从0增加到0.3%时,合金的平均晶粒尺寸从175μm减小到58.33μm,合金的平均腐蚀速率从2.039mm/a减至1.102mm/a,合金的抗拉强度从约为155.9MPa上升到约为173.5MPa,断后伸长率从约为8.15%上升至约为13.4%;Sr含量继续增加,合金的平均晶粒尺寸逐渐变大,耐蚀性及力学性能均下降。
