变形程度与温度对40Cr变形后连续冷却相变的影响Effect of deformation degree and temperature on continuous cooling transformation of 40Cr steel

摘要(Abstract):
基于热模拟试验机上单道次热压缩试验,通过控制变形温度、变形程度和冷却速率研究了40Cr钢的热变形行为及变形后的连续冷却过程。利用二值化处理和中值滤波处理技术获得了不同实验参数下的铁素体含量。结果表明,变形程度增大加速奥氏体分解,提高相变组织中铁素体含量,变形程度影响效果较强且基本不受冷却速率影响;变形温度降低促进奥氏体向珠光体转变,但影响效果对冷却速率变化比较敏感。
