多种纳米粉体对Fe/WC喷涂层显微组织的影响Effect of addition of nanometer powders on microstructure of Fe/WC coating

摘要(Abstract):
针对我国多泥沙河流上水电站水轮机过流部件的磨损问题,在Fe/WC喷涂材料中添加一定量的纳米级WC、Ni、CeO2粉体,采用亚音速火焰喷涂技术在Q235基体上制备涂层,利用光学显微镜、电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪及能谱仪等设备进行显微组织观察、物相及微区成分分析,探讨纳米粉体对喷涂层显微组织的影响。结果表明,适量的纳米粉体可以细化涂层组织,改善涂层组织形态,减少涂层中的孔隙,提高涂层的致密性,增强涂层的冶金结合。
