纯铁表面机械研磨法制备铁镍合金及耐磨性Fabrication and wear resistance of iron-nickel alloy based on surface mechanical attrition treatment of pure iron

摘要(Abstract):
用高能喷丸法对纯铁表面进行机械研磨时将镍粉引入表面,并通过随后热处理实现了表面铁镍合金化。采用OM、XRD和SEM研究其显微组织及分布形貌。结果表明,机械研磨后,镍粉均匀镶嵌在纯铁基体上并形成一层铁镍混合层,经过450℃退火后出现约100μm的FeNi合金层,且其成分沿深度呈梯度分布。载荷为15~55 N时,表面合金化后摩擦系数和磨损量低于仅仅纳米化后的样品。表面合金化处理能进一步减弱纯铁的疲劳磨损效应,提高材料的摩擦磨损性能。
